    thaks for adding me to your page of friends....my suggestion for getting into this is to pack a lunch for work and that will help you to stay on the straight and narrow for sure and you will know what you are eating..fast food and meals out are the biggest things when we try to diet and should really be reserved for thodse special occasions and exercise well take your kids to the park and play games with them it's quality time for you all all this takes planning and even when you arrive home from work tired you already have what you are doing planned..you need to do this on paper for awhile hung on the fridge or written on a board and your family should help you with that and participate it will make you all closer..and as i said take the family with you you will all be healthier and look up the family deal on the banner on the spark page and then if you still find you are really needing help with the planning lots of us on spark people do flylady.net and she even has a place where we help our children to be more in tune with things they ought to do for themselves all this sounds like a lot but i will always be here to help you out and if you post on the forums no telling how enriched yours and your families lives will become so welcome again mary
