Introduction Text after almost 6 month on spark and i started actually with a low carb diet i stopped it now but i lost 62 pounds so far and i am blessed with all of my spark friends and family and with my priest they encouraged me a lot now its the journey of may be 10 more pounds plus maintaining the life style of eating healthy all the time i am just asking my lord Jesus Christ to give me enough of bread and his word every day what is enough only too much and too little is not good
