My Goals:
My long term goal is to get to a solid size 12/14.
I'm a tall girl, around 5 ft 8.5 inches...so we'll see if I lose anymore from there!
My Program:
NEW PROGRAM - I'm monitoring my food thru following the Weight Watchers plan and by watching my Caloric Intake and overall eating in moderation. Im logging my exercise through Spark People
I drink LOTS AND LOTS of WATER!!
My workout plan is Monday, Wednesday Fridays - 45-60 minutes of Cardio in the Afternoons or Evenings.
Tuesday and Thursday -35 minutes of Cardio in the AM and 30 minutes of strength training or Pilates in the Evenings.
Saturdays - 1 hour of Leslie Samsone's 4 Mile Walk Away the lbs or Walk/Jog outside at the park
Sunday - REST!!
I also use an all natural dietarty supplement called Tahitian NONI juice - which has done wonders for helping me maintain my weightloss - check the website at www.tahitiannonijuice.com/1987898
I'm also using there 3 day cleanse to jumpstart my weightloss and their other weightloss products to enhance what I'm currently doing.

My hometown is Richmond VA but I'm currently living 9 miles outside of DC in Alexandria. I work in VA and go to church in Maryland - you can just call me the METRO lady ;) I LOVE LOVE LOVE it up here and plan on going to law school and raising a family in this area. I can usually be found kicking it somewhere with my DC FAM and Friends or with the love of my life :) I'm extra tight with my family, especially my sister, mom and dad. I'm a fun loving type of girl who ALWAYS is looking to have a good time! I'm always smiling or dancing, or singing!
