My Goals:
1st: Consistently loose 1 lbs./week.


My Program:
 Track everything I eat. Even if I go over... or go over a lot... track it all.

Work out even if I can only do a few minutes during my scheduled time.

Replace eating with hobbies I love.

Be persistent.
