    Hi There Joan...thanks for my spark goodie... of new work out shoes..
    Sadly..lol...my other ones are NOT worn out as much as they should be!!~~
    And I will get back to tracking my mileage again...I have been swimming my hour every morning and in the afternoons have either been out shoveling snow, or raking snow off the roof then shoveling it off the patio...or have gone for a walk...and even did a few DVD exercises~~BUT~~ grrrr...cannot seem to curb my "bad" eating habits I developed when I stopped smoking last Oct.
    As of my Monday weigh-in...I am back at the same weight as when I started back on Jan 2nd~~ been playing with the 5 lbs...up...down...up ...down...yo...yo...yo...yo...LOL
    Your a good friend to have Joan...keep giving me the wee kick in the bum I need every so often!!
