Ok a woman...I am 30 but still feel 16 most days. I have a daughter in the 1st grade and will be marrying my soul mate most likely this November! I say maybe as he is from England (we met while I was living over there with the ex) and we need to get through the rest of our visa process first!

I am not trying to lose weight for the wedding as my dress fits me just perfect right now! I just want to get healthier! I know 170 is not healthy for my 5'2 frame! I should not have back fat rolls and side rolls etc....

I know I will always be a pear as even at 120 I was pear shaped and I have a tattoo to commeorate that fact :)

I just want to be a smaller sized pear.

I also really want to TTC baby number 2 in the near future! I hope to get to 145 or under before I start this journey!

My Goals:
I want to fit into all my pants again that I wore just a year or two ago! This should take I would say 15 pounds.....

My Program:
No idea just starting out little by little to find what works for me. I have tried so much in the past and I always fail. I am just trying to be more conscience of what I eat and to start moving more!

Personal Information:
Right now I am Obsessed with planning our wedding at the moment....after that will be onto homemade Christmas pressies and such! Fave tv shows include Gossip Girl, Top Model, House, DH, October Road, Greys Anatomy. I have lived in Okinawa Japan, Michigan, Utah, and England

Other Information:
By December 31st 2008 I would like to be seeing those 150's!

By 2009- Living more healthfully in my 140's and maybe even lower!

  • v TAMI-SUE dare i ask how the journaling has gone!??lol! i hope does help to write it down, cause then you are more unlikely to eat something if you KNOW you have to write it down!=) you must tell me how this hoola hoop thing is!!! i can not imagine hoola hooping...i am sure i suck royally!haha...but it has to burn some major calories! we are gonna get the Wii this christmas and were looking at the Wii fit, do you like it?

    Girl i know the serving size does suck...but even if you ate more for like lunch it would still be less calories for the whole day! emoticon but like you said watching your intake will be just as good...i have been doin well and have manage to loose 15pounds so far...but still have a butt load left!LMAO! I hope you have had a great weekend!
