    Morning my friend!!! I am finally catching up on really reading what is happing on SP, and especially in our challenge. I have been pre-occupied the last few days gearing up for the big landscaping project this weekend.

    So, red isn't your Signature color, eh?!??!?! (wink, wink - nudge, nudge)...... Believe it or not, it isn't mine either. In fact, I have a tie for my favorite color -- Green and, can you believe this....... PURPLE!!! So, bring on the Purple yoga outfit - lol!

    I hear the confusion and frustration about the accuracy of the trackers. I personally just use my fitness ticker because it is easy. I know that April has her own spreadsheet set up that she works off of because she really likes to track and analyze data. I think she even breaks hers down further as to what type of fitness, how many days a week she does certain things (i.e. - yoga, strength training, cardio, etc). My personal suggestion for you is to find the one that is both easiest for you and also provides you with the most information that you find helpful.

    It is great to hear that you want to join an April challenge :) It sounds like we are going to put together two of them - 1 for fitness, 1 for nutrition.... I am just processing everyone's suggestions and looking at my abilities to do the admin work for two challenges instead of one so I actually have time to, I don't know, live a healthy, active BALANCED life in April - ha ha ha.

    Keep your eye on our message board. I will be posting up in a little while my recommendation for April's challenges to see what everybody thinks so we all get ready for it :)

    My friend - I am puttering around the house, getting ready for some landscaping stuff this weekend (my nephews are coming over to help me), working on our March Fitness Madness stuff, and "contemplating" -- what my mind does when my hands are busy. :)

    You keep coming to the forefront of my random thoughts.... not sure why. But I felt compelled to set everything else aside for a moment and drop you a note....

    Just to say "hi" and "thank you for all you do" and, most importantly, reflect to you what a wonderful person you are -- JUST as you are!! And the healthy changes you have worked so hard on (and are still working on) are taking the wonder of you and making it even MORE wonderful!!!

    Your hubby is a lucky man to have you and, considering how crazy you are about him -- the reverse can be said as well..... even with any ups and downs over the last 20+ years together.

    Have an AWESOME weekend, my friend. I am sure I will be "seeing" you again soon....
