Still working hard at making better choices & changing my life. I will NOT give up, I will continue to become better. Lose weight to be fit, healthy and happy.

#1 - Eat smarter
#2 - 3 days of strength training each week
#3 - 4 days of cardio each week
#4 - Walk at least 20 minutes every day

I am a single mother of 3 children, who are the light of my life! I grew up in Detroit, MI. Was a Marine from 88-92. Currently live in Fowlerville, MI with my children and work as an Asst Bank Mgr.
