A little about me: Married 20 yr. I have to girls 13 and 17. I am now a none smoker. I quit smoking 11/26/07. I feel so much better. Ok I am back again. I won the family biggest loser by losing 30 lb. in 6 months. I now have gained it all back. So today I am starting again. We joined the YMCA so I have lots to do. I have to get my butt in gear and do this and figger out how to keep it off. Found this on someones page and loved it. 1/25/10 You deserve the best If you can come up with an excuse for not taking action, you can also find a compelling reason to go ahead and take that action. If you can find a reason to quit, you can also find a good reason to keep going. Are you skilled and experienced at making yourself miserable? Turn those skills around and make yourself motivated, inspired, effective and fulfilled. Do you spend lots of time getting little or nothing accomplished? Just by making more productive use of that time you have the opportunity to achieve great things. Are there mistakes that you've made in the past? By learning from those mistakes, and making more positive choices, you can vastly improve the results you get.
