My name is Patti. I am currently about 50 pounds over weight. I am really surprised that things have gotten so out of controal again. Last year I lost all this weight using a weight loss proram that relies heavily on suplements. I trained hard, and for a 50th birthday present to myself I ran two half marathone last summer. after I did that I took what was supposed to be a short break that ended up being 9 months long, and have now gained all that weight back. I eat healthy food, but I eat far too much. I am afraid that I will suffer serious health problems if my weight continues to yoyo so much.

My Goals:
My goal is to be able to take on hard physical challenges like marathon running and bike trips. I don't care what weight I am when I do these things, I only care that I am healthy enough to safely take on these challenges.

My main goal is to never "diet" again. To eat healthy well balanced meals automatically, and to respect my self enough to make this a habit.

My Program:
I think that I am going to try something new this time. I am going to follow all the suggestions that SP offers, but I am not going to focus on what I weigh. I want to start making sure that my kids and I sit down to meals together and plan out what we are going to eat while we are together. I want to fill my life up with new physical and intelectual challenges, so i do not have enough time to let food bercome the center of my day.
