    I know what you mean about eating everything including the wallpaper. I've had those days. It's just like nothing will satisfy you and you just keep on eating and eating. I hate when that happens. I don't know how to control it. I've tried drinking a lot of water and that doesn't seem to do the trick. I've tried to occupy my mind and that doesn't seem to do the trick. I've tried exercising and that doesn't seem to do the trick. It really drives me nuts. I'm glad it doesn't happen that often. Glad you got in those two articles. There is so much good material on this site.
