Hi Patricia, Just read your Community Feed comment. While I don't know what is stressing and depressing you, please know you are not alone. I have close family members who have been depressed and anxious.One of them told me that exercising actually helps him feel better. He said as long as he tells himself that he only has to do five minutes, it's not as stressful as even ten minutes. I know they preach baby steps here and I would encourage you to take baby steps to get back to counting calories and logging food intake. I hope and pray you make it through this valley soon.
