Hello. I'm the type of person who isn't held down by anything, I'm often told that I don't like to fail at anything I try... I'd say that's pretty accurate, I'm definitely not a quitter. I like to stay positive and surround myself with positive people. Not to say that we don't all have bad days, because we do.
I'm married to the most amazing guy now for seven years. We met almost straight out of high school and have been best friends and lovers ever since. We have no children of our own... yet!! We've struggled with infertility for 4yrs now and have had 3 losses. Most recently in April 09.
Then two years ago we were blessed. My three nephews needed to be adopted aged 6, 4 and 3. Over the past two years we've all grown, we're a little older and a little wiser. Always, WAY more patient! Since adopting the boys I became a S.A.H.M. and I enjoy this career change more than I ever expected. It's the most rewarding thing I've done. My family is my life.
I've been on and off again with SP for a few years but back this time to shed some weight. I gained 20+lbs during my most recent pg, due to a medication I was taking. I'm here to get healthy and shed the extra baggage, build my strength up again and make some new friends along the way.

My Goals:
Loose all the flab!

My Program:
Tracking every peice of food I eat, water included. I'm biking, using a body ball and resistance bands, yoga and walking. I intend to work my butt off literally!!!

    Hi, thanks for commenting on my blog. I only work out 3 days a week after work, but even on the days when I go straight home, I can't make myself go to bed. I don't feel tired and just want to stay up and have some "me time". I sleep well on the weekends because I sleep in lol.

    As long as I get 6 hours a night, I'm usually ok. Not great, but ok. When I sleep less even one day, it all catches up with me. Unfortunately, I can't work out before work because I would have to be there before 5, when the gym isn't even open. I workout for a minimum of two hours each session. I can't work out at lunch because my gym is near my house, and I work in a different borough. I take a multi-vitamin which helps a lot, but the only way I'm going to feel better is if I can force myself to go to sleep early on the nights when I don't go to the gym to catch those extra Zs. Unfortunately, one of those days is Friday when I can actually stay up as late as I want since I don't have to work the next day! lol Now, this was an essay! lol emoticon
