    I’ve now gained 1 inch on arm and 2 on thighs. My weight is not coming down any. Too many cheats.

    The heavy weights are working. Since January I've been doing a heavy 6 repetition and have gained .75 inch on my upper arms and 1.5 inches on my thighs. Feeling stronger every day!

    My Chiropractor/nutritionist is fine with my weighing 185 so I am starting heavy weight training to burn fat and build muscle. Also adding 30 or so more grams of protein to diet so calorie intake is up to 1400 calories.

    Thanks. When I looked CRON up it's a little different than my weight loss regime. I only eat about 1200 calories a day restricted to only green veggies, lean meat, power greens and 3 protein products. Essentially the same when I get to maintenance.
