About a year ago I stepped on the scale and realized I was one pound away from 180. I've tried diet and exercise, but it's never really worked for me. I would lose a couple pounds and then gain them and more back.

It wasn't until my sister told me about this diet called the Fat Smash Diet that things took a turn for the better. I've been following this diet, though not as strictly as I should have been, and I have lost almost 40 pounds.

The Fat Smash was great but after I was done with all the phases I gained some weight back. Now, at 152, I'm ready to make my goal in time for my move to Portland, OR. This time I'm trying portion control with hardly any cheat days.

My Goals:
My shorterm goal is to weigh at least 130 by June 1st.

My Program:
Counting Calories and exercising as much as possible. I'm also going to work on toning everything up.

I will be exercising Monday through Friday and weighing in on either Saturday or Sunday. On those days I will be doing strength training too. Some days more than others though.

I am currently an online court reporting student at Huntington Junior College. I plan to graduate in either March or June of this year.

    Good luck on your journey.

    As for the scale not moving I'd suggest making good use of the nutrition tracker and weighing and measuring all you eat for a few weeks and see if that may not be it. We have a tendency to under estimate our consumptions.

    It is a great eye opener. When I review mine I can see where I've done good and lost and where I've gained because I wasn't as diligent.

    I'm glad to hear it is going well!!

    I think I joined SP years ago, but only to use the fitness tracker to find out distances on walks/jogs. I wish I would have looked at all the tools it had to offer. I might have done this years ago.

    Oh well, better late than never right? Good luck on your continued weight loss as well!!
