My Goals:
My initial goal was to get back to my prepregnancy weight. Since reaching that, I would like to continue to drop the lbs while building some defined muscle mass. My ultimate goal is to keep ALL this weight off this time since I have a tendency to gain it right back if I don't stay on track with my eating habits & exercise routine.
My Program:
EATING HABITS:
healthy, home made,
fresh foods. No boxed and/or frozen prefab junk loaded w/ sodium & fillers & preservatives. Sugar free, low fat, no fat, low carb whenever possible. I have learned that if I have a serious craving for something to allow myself to have in moderation.
EXERCISE:
Cardio - 3-4 times a week for 30 mins; incline walking on treadmill, running on treadmill, or a mixture of the two.
Weight training - 3-4 times a week for 20 mins focusing on lower body one day, arms & shoulders one day & chest & back on another day rotating through w/ stomach on every training day.

I grew up in Florida & have moved around a lot since then. I currently reside in Virginia..
