Keeping the Pace


Hi, I am trying to lose the little bit of excess weight I have and get in better shape. I am also trying to learn some healthy eating and exercising habits so that I and my family will be healthier in the future.

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 15-20 pounds and really tone up. I also want to establish healthy habits for the future.

My Program:
 I am tracking what I eat because I have realized that I need to learn what I am putting into my body in order to change it for the better.
I am also exercising 5-6 days a week (3 days of strength training and 2-3 days of cardio).


Personal Information:
I'm Chelsea from Utah. I'm a 27 year old mother of 2 little boys, and have a wonderful husband who really tries to help me stay on track and reach my goals.

    hey! how are you doing? still focused and pushing forward? are you doing well with out the team challenge or did you join a new one? i had some major life changes the end of last month which have kept me off the site more then i wanted.     thanks so much for the info on vaccines! my doctor is in transition from leaving his crap affiliation with a crap company that made crap rules and whatever. you know, the bs politics of the state having control over his office. anyways, he branched out on his own and hasnt been discontinued from all the programs he was in when he was at his previous office. so, he is in the long drawn out process of discontinuing and when he does, he will join new programs (which he cant until he drops the others) and one of them (i think is the one you mentioned) that will give my son free vaccines. my doctor is doing it for me and it should be taken care of by the end of the year. my son is fine with his vaccs up till then! but thank you so much!
