So I'm working on coming up with a weight loss plan that works for me based on habits and tendencies I know I have, so will try to keep this updated as I do that. I just realized that while I raise a bunch of money and try to raise awareness for heart health and stroke risk factors that I live a pretty unhealthy life overall. So decided it's time I walk the walk and take care of myself with living a healthy lifestyle.

My Goals:
-To Lose 80 lbs.

-To be able to confortably hike long distances and hilly areas.

-To gain flexibility and strength.

-To fit into "regular" sized clothing so I when I buy clothes I can buy more of what I want.

My Program:
Right now I'm working on being mindful of how I'm feeling before I eat and of what I eat when I do eat. I think savoring my meals could go a long way toward weight loss!

Currently looking for new ways to get and stay active. In the past I've enjoyed kickboxing, yoga and hiking, though only one of those is really free but I'm thinking if I'm worth it, it's worth it so I'll work with that.
