hey. im a 28yr old female married to a wonderful husband and mama to my aussie rocky. I have worked as a makeup artist for the past 12 years.
i have had a roller coaster ride with mental health and my weight. in my early 20s i was in a very negative relationship in which i was looked down on if i did not eat all the time with the family-- bad news... my usual 150-160 norm my whole life ballooned to a whopping 215+ ew. a family member past away and it hit me... what the hell am i doing to myself!?!
i worked very hard in the gym and in the kitchen preparing healthy portion controled food and got down to my goal of 160 within 6months. i had maintained that for the past 6 years. recently my anxiety and depression have overflowed, and i coped by completely obsessing about the things i could control-- my food. i had a supergoal and took it too far--resulting in hospitalization. upon my release. family were trying to fatten me up at every chance and the wonky millions of drugs they gave me packed on the pounds with every blink of my eye. i went from a skeletal 118lbs to 143 within 4 months. gross gross gross. my goal now, is to get back to the time and weight i felt best- 130-120min. nothing will stop me this time round.

My Goals:
too lose weight--prove i can do anything if i want to... and to have a seriously smokin' body... one worthy of gracing the pages of oxygen mag or maxim! i would love to have the drive and motivation---dedicationn and spirit to compete in a fitness/figure/bikini type competition. its hard work and i admire those that do it... id love to be able to do it formyself.

My Program:
see diet --when sleep is better morning workouts will start happening. i plan on doing weights 30min-45min and 15-25min cardio in the AM, then 25-45min cardio in the PM... get that metabolism reving as high as possible!
