Introduction Text Welcome to My SparkPage!!!!! I started Sparkpeople when I was 40! I wanted to get fit and healthy, so I could watch my son, who was 10, to grow up and have a career and a family of his own.... He wanted to be a Football Player and go to the U of M College.... So, I wanted to be very energenic to Cheer him on at his Football Games...... Now I am 41, I have more energy, but haven't lost much weight. In Fact, I YO-YO.... Just this week I have picked back up my weight Watchers Points system. Hopefully, I will start losing..... My problem, I want it off now. So I exercise too much and then I am always hungry. So I eat!!!! Time for a change!

I am starting over! I have started eating to be healthy. I am not eating things because they sound good and I can.... I want to get used to only eating enough to keep me alive and Healthy.

I have started a new way of eating and it seems to be going good for me, so far! I've only been on it for about a week, but I didn't let Thanksgiving set me back! Normally I would eat a big dinner and then 3 or 4 desserts. A small dinner and 1 slice of Pumpkin Log was good for me. I did splurge a little and had a little Dr. Pepper, but I'm not much of a pop drinker, so I'm not worried. Hope every one had a good Turkey Day!
