Hi my name is Olivia. i have always struggled with my weight and i am finally sick of not liking what i look like. i want to feel good about my self. i want to be healthy and energetic.
I am me/loyal/energetic when i get going/hard working/i am a major adrennaline junkie/ccan be very protective when it comes to my family and friends/I dont tolerate idiots and people playing stupid games/I LOVE MUSIC! it is a huge part of my life/i pretty much live off coffee and energy drinks/i dont sleep much/ my daily life is consumed by the people that care about me the most/I love getting in the car, blasting the radio and singing with friends without a destination/I love starbucks/UFC, House and law and order are the only TV worth my time/I love the snow/I love just going up to the mountains and getting away/I love the rain/downtown Seattle is amazing

My Goals:
lose 30 pounds
run a 8min mile
run for an hour with our stopping
lose 10 pounds by my 18th birthday
feel better about my self


My Program:
i have been doing my best on cutting out all fast foods. i have realized it just makes me sicks and also makes me feel bad about my self.
i have been trying to work out atleast! 3 times a week, i know i am making excuses but with school and work it is kind of hard to get to the gym some time.i am trying my best to change that

    With the days getting shorter, and the snow starting to fly (at least around here it is), it is getting harder and harder to find motivation to keep exercising. I do most of my fitness outdoors - running. I am also finding I do not want to drink as much water in this colder weather.
    Despite this, I am determined to continue on my journey.
    What are you doing to overcome your barriers to fitness? How are you keeping yourself motivated during this holiday season?

    Today is Day 2 of successes for me. I am focused. I am on track. I want to push myself towards my goal. No more waiting for it to come to me.

    I have eaten clean both days. I have gotten out and burned calories each day.

    Tomorrow is a fresh start for me. I need to decide if I am going to push myself to day 3, or if I am going to sit back on my laurels and wait for success to come to me.

    I know what I am going to try to decide tomorrow. What about you? What are you going to decide to do today? Wait for success, or go out and chase it down?

    Happy Monday!
    What are you going to do today to reach your goals? Today is going to pass you by no matter what. You have a choice. Are you going to take advantage of it, or just let it go by and get nothing back from it?

    Personally, I am going to burn at least 500 extra calories today, eat clean, and drink my water. Those are my small steps today to reach my goals tomorrow.
