Introduction Text Hi my name is Olivia. i have always struggled with my weight and i am finally sick of not liking what i look like. i want to feel good about my self. i want to be healthy and energetic. I am me/loyal/energetic when i get going/hard working/i am a major adrennaline junkie/ccan be very protective when it comes to my family and friends/I dont tolerate idiots and people playing stupid games/I LOVE MUSIC! it is a huge part of my life/i pretty much live off coffee and energy drinks/i dont sleep much/ my daily life is consumed by the people that care about me the most/I love getting in the car, blasting the radio and singing with friends without a destination/I love starbucks/UFC, House and law and order are the only TV worth my time/I love the snow/I love just going up to the mountains and getting away/I love the rain/downtown Seattle is amazing

lose 30 pounds run a 8min mile run for an hour with our stopping lose 10 pounds by my 18th birthday feel better about my self

i have been doing my best on cutting out all fast foods. i have realized it just makes me sicks and also makes me feel bad about my self. i have been trying to work out atleast! 3 times a week, i know i am making excuses but with school and work it is kind of hard to get to the gym some time.i am trying my best to change that
