I want it pretty bad, I've lost 50 lbs already through Weightwatchers, but I've been carrying around these last 20 lbs for about 6th months, and I haven't really been able to get over my self imposed plateau. I've been on weightwatchers for 2 years, and still atend meetings and online - I have a great board on WW online. I knew I needed to kick it up a notch, when a WW member suggested spark people to track my macronutrients, to see where my calories were really going - also track the nutrients I am getting. I thought I'd give it a whirl. This week I used it to plan my weeks meals in advance, printed them, shopped using the plan and now using it to track the week, I think If I can do this for 3 weeks I'll have been successful at forming a habit. Mixing it up helps keep the weight loss journey interesting!

I have a 20 lb goal by my husband's birthday in July. I have a 5lb goal by my birthday at the end of March. Secret goal - is that I've been telling myself that once I recah goal weight we'll start a family, truth is that I think that by losing the weight I'll can be a good role model, I'll have learned good skills that can transfer to parenting.

Planning in advance for success, accountability through daily tracking, making the effort to become strong both physically as well as emptionally and mentally.
