I am making it permanent this time!

My name is Ashley. I am 24 and live in Florida. My fiance and I, Mark recently bought our first home. He proposed to me on December 26, 2008. We have two boys, Cody and Chase, that just turned a year old. They are shelties.

I have been on SP for a while, and tend to do a "yo yo" thing where I am on again and off again on the site. Now that I have an actual goal to go for (the cruise), I hope it is easier to stick with it this ...

My Goals:
Well, the obvious goal is to lose weight and be at 135 pounds.
No more soda... No more sweet tea.. No more coffee.. I want to drink things that are good for me!
Go for a walk every morning before work.. no matter how much I dont want to!

My Program:
 No more soda. Drink H2O

No food before bed
food before bed = BAD

Eat healthier foods.

    i live in Sanford and am looking for an exercise buddy to help me stay with my exercise program....

    i do yoga almost daily...with a tape or DVD.....

    i also swim....at our home pool.... but my kids would want to join me doing that.... and we probably couldn't get in a good workout with them around..... unless of course we played Marco/Polo... whew...i just came in from playing that and am exhausted!

    so i am asking if you are interested in doing yoga with me? i have three dogs too..but they do get used to strangers..although they will bark a lot at first and two of them have a terrible habit of jumping up on people to kiss their faces.
