    Your question about exercise was buried in a topic about struggling. When you have a question about something like that and you can't find a topic on it, then start a new topic or ask it in the group for the week you started.

    To answer your question - if you can do more than 17 minutes that's great, but I think you will find that you experience detox symptoms like headache and/or fatigue in the beginning of C1 from cleansing your system of stored toxins, which will prevent you from exercising more.

    Hey. To answer your question, my goal is to be 125-130 lbs (I haven't weighed that in a long time so the range is whatever seems healthy) by the end of September. Right now I'm about 150lbs, so it'll be pretty difficult, and I'm just now starting to not eat terribly. But I'm working on it. Drinking unsweetened tea instead of eating iced cream is a little difficult, but I'm trying to stay focused even though I pretty much never do. :) I want to start running as well for exercise, and get into pilates, but I have almost no motivation, so that may take a while. What about you? What are your goals?
