    Thanks for commenting on my blog, yeah it is unfortunate that the wrong advice goes to some people by "health professionals". My 1st personal training session in Canada was a combination of strength training and cardio- only 15 minutes. I spent about 1 1/2 years with the trainers at that gym only doing 15 minutes of cardio and the rest strength training until I started with the Zumba instructor. After many months of not making much progress on the scale from the advice of these 2 males, one of them tells me that I should be doing 45 minutes of cardio....I was crushed that I was on the wrong track and had wasted time. Although I was very fortunate that I had been doing Zumba classes, which seemed to help me tremendously on my fitness and I developed a passion for it. I was doing Zumba 5 times a week until my knees couldn't handle it anymore and I had to drop down to 2 days. I told the trainer guy at the gym that the Zumba produced more weight loss and he was in denial. So much for doing the best for someone....

    Thanks for sharing your healthy breakfast! Sounds delicious - I love eggs in every way, shape and form! I'll have to try it if I can get the ingredients... it's very rare to find spinach, and rarely are there mushrooms. You mention beets - I don't think I've ever seen beet greens here. Anyway, it does sound good!
