Hello,
My name is Nicole and I am 23 years old. I am a student in a school counseling masters program. I get really busy with school but I try.
I would love to lose 15 lbs and get my BMI to a healthy level.
My current goal is to cut back on the soda and drink more water...I am starting small because I have tired to jump right in to losing weight before and it didn't work.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 15 lbs and just work towards a healthier lifestyle.

My Program:
 Elliptical - Working up to 30 minutes 5x a week

Strength Training- 3x a week




Personal Information:
I am currently living outside Baltimore, MD.
I am going to Loyola College in Maryland and will graduate in May 2009 with a Masters in School Counseling..My next big goal is to find a School counseling Position in Maryland...preferably Baltimore County...
