My name is Opal , I signed up on SparkPeople over 10 years ago. I lost 70lbs , gained it back and then some! I currently lost 104lbs all natural, I went from 284 to 180 in 15 months! My 1st goal is -100lbs at 184 , my ultimate goal is 150. Here is a little about myself. I am a 37 year old married mom of 3 from Louisiana!!
