Time to jump back on the train! I have known that I have PCOS for many years now, but I had never actually been to my doctor and talked about it and gotten on a plan to help myself get better. Finally, last week, I did just that. Went to the doctor, got lots of good information, and now I am preparing to start up with metformin this weekend and also going to start working on my eating and exercising as well. I have been reading up and getting lots of information on how food really effects your body. I plan on following some paleo recipes, diabetic recipes, and just working out as much as possible. I am at my biggest weight right now. I never thought I would get to this weight, so I know that if I don't get back on this train now, I will just continue to get worse and worse and that scares me. I want to find love and eventually have kids someday, but I know I need to work on myself first. PCOS will NOT hold me down! I am determined to get healthy and start loving life!
