My Goals:
Drink more water.

Eat more fresh fruit and veggies.

Get moving. Look for ways to be active, rather than ways to sit.

Swim 3 times a week

My Program:
 Keeping track of nutrition and fitness

Keep up with the fitness routine of strengthening and riding the exercise bike 3 days a week. Plus adding in more daily activities Just getting off my butt.
