oaching the 170s...NO! NO! NO! Using Spark to track measurements... Walking with Leslie begins again March on the cusp of 150s... remain positive and walk it out! February is the month to break into the 150s! January has really worked - weight lost and fitness boosted 2013 is almost here... This is the YEAR! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Dec - Here, now that's progress! NOVEMBER - BACK TO START AGAIN! Jan - Day 1...Back with a plan ======================== 2012 STARTING OVER AGAIN Dec - A non event Nov - Walking with Leslie Every Day It Has to Be Oct - Progress, progress, progress!!! Sept - Moving up a level! Aug - It can only get better Jul - Continue with consistency, results will follow soon Jun - Consistency is the key May - A little Sparkpeople delay Apr - Cycling, Walking and WINNING!!!
