Introduction Text Busy, happy and focused. I enjoy life to the fullest and live in each and every moment. I love traveling, reading especially West Indian novels, watching old television series and dvds, visiting Museums and Art Galleries. Key West, Florida is one of my favourite places to visit. I am a cricket mad West Indies Cricket team fan but I also love Lasith Malinga, Sanath Jayasuriya and the Sri Lanka cricket team. I support Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL T20 cricket tournament, but can watch Captain Cool Mahandra Singh Dhoni every single day. I am not much of a soccer fan (footie), but I'll watch (Trinidad and Tobago's) Soca Warriors, Arsenal , West Brom and Nottingham Forest. I absolutely love hiking through the countryside and will choose to do that any day over a shopping jaunt in the city. I love being outdoors. As an island girl however, I'm not much into water sports, but nothing can really beat a dip into Manzanilla Bay at sunrise.

1) Maintain weight. 2) Have meals on time. 3) Complete three manuscripts. 4) Sell manuscripts to publishers. 5) Build writing career.

1) Train three days every week. 2) Remember to stop working and have meals. 3) Write six hours every day. Three in the morning and three in the afternoon. 4) Submit manuscripts to publishers.
