Hello SPark friends,

I finally have some GREAT news, for me that is! The photo in the background is OUR HIGH TUNNEL. It's taken almost a year to purchase and get put up. The end doors are not quite installed yet but they both will slide rather than swing open. Still have the side walls to finish too, but the ground has been tilled and we are ready to plant our fall garden.

I finally have some GREAT news, for me that is! The photo in the background is OUR HIGH TUNNEL. It's taken almost a year to purchase and get put up. The end doors are not quite installed yet but they both will slide rather than swing open. Still have the side walls to finish too, but the ground has been tilled and we are ready to plant our fall garden.

Looking forward to FRESH quality produce to eat rather than the stuff from the grocery stores. We like to buy from local farmers markets, for the freshness of the produce and might be able to SELL at those farmers markets now too.

Hope all of you are doing well and making progress, no matter how slow it might be. Hang in there and stay the course.

Have a SPlendid FALL, season that is, don't be falling down and blaming me : )


This is MY year to really get in gear and make some positive changes in my journey. I'm motivated, I'm SParked and I'm gonna SUCCEED! I KNOW that I can do this and YOU CAN TOO! Let's grab the bull by the horns and get this done!

    SPent much of may and june being TIRED...I have started again (more actively) independence day...and I HAVE been doing good...TRYING to at least report my food intake daily(or so) ... and am doing 5 fruits and vegies and I am feeling more energetic...
    hope camp run-amok(is that right?) is great for the summer...enjoy our relatively good summer weather(you are in the Ozarks, right?) emoticon
