SPent much of may and june being TIRED...I have started again (more actively) independence day...and I HAVE been doing good...TRYING to at least report my food intake daily(or so) ... and am doing 5 fruits and vegies and I am feeling more energetic... hope camp run-amok(is that right?) is great for the summer...enjoy our relatively good summer weather(you are in the Ozarks, right?) 1378 days ago
