I am a 31-year-old single girl who loves the city life, works hard and plays hard. I have been overweight my whole life and have had many successes and failures in weight loss. I've reached ONEderland twice, but need to STAY there. I will never be a size 2 or 4, but I think a 10 or 12 is attainable and sustainable - and that is my goal: sustainable health.

I was a GREAT Spark-er for about a year (EMM1116) and then fell off the tracking wagon, got distracted... and gained about 10 lbs. My highest weight was about 260 in 2002, and I've steadily lost (and gained a little back) since then. My lowest weight, thus far, has been 197 (July 2011).

SO... I have recently committed to clean eating and find that I feel really good when I stick to that plan. As someone who is almost NEVER full, I must do all things in moderation, so tracking my eating - even when healthy - is necessary for me.

I'm an avid workout person: I've run one marathon and am hoping to someday run a second. I box two or three mornings and week and try to get to yoga once a week. I love a challenge but often need the motivation of a group or a race to get me out of bed in the AM.
