Introduction Text Hi friends, I was here. I took 3 years off. I missed my homies. And didn't lose much weight. Now I'm back. Older and wiser (older anyway). I beg your patience while I rebuild my page. And I still remember your fuzzy little faces, even if you don't remember me. From many of your profile photos I can see that you've lost a lot of weight! Good going!

My 2014 goal: I'm going on a vision quest to northern New Mexico for 2 weeks in Sept/Oct. There will be 4 days of solo fasting naked in the desert. Pray for me. :o) My goal is to stay alive and in addition, to become my 58 yr old self.

1. Strengthen my joints and muscles through walking and biking. 2. Always go to work with lunch. 3. Don't graze at work. 4. Sleep 7-8 hrs per night, and related to that: 5. Limit computer time and games to 3 hrs per day.

I was born and raised in Colorado, and have lived on both coasts and in the midwest for many years in between then and now. I have two advanced degrees, am quite eccentric and artistic, and not even stuck up about it. I work in the social services, in spite of the fact that this work does not pay worth Scheiße. I love meeting people who not only have a finely tuned sense of humor, but who are also funny.
