First of all, I want to address the reason why I have no pics up here. I am a private person, although since I have lost so much weight I have told people how I did it and that I am still trying to lose the last stubborn pounds. Yet, I am not quite ready to put myself out there all the way! I'm not a creepy weirdo or anything, I just know that what goes on the internet is there forever, and I'm not so sure I want the whole world knowing my innermost thoughts about this weight loss journey, YET. I think once I reach goal weight I will post my before and after pics, and maybe just edit some of my details so the world won't ever know how ginormous my hips were at one point in my life!!! I also plan on maybe posting some pics that just don't show my face. I do want to motivate others, just not at the expense of my own embarrassment! Now that I've gotten that off my chest....

After nearly 4 years on Spark, I feel I am finally within reach of my goal. I started in 2008, where I lost most of my weight within the first year or two. The last two years I have been "maintaining"my weight at around 175. Maintaining an overweight status was easy! So, I am back for round 2 to finish the job and finally achieve my goal of losing 100lb!

My Program:
#1: Completely changed my eating habits - started 12/11/08. Stay within 1200-1500 calories per day.

Exercise 30-60 minutes per day at least 5x/wk.
