Introduction Text I have to thank Sarah for introducing me to this page, I think this is really going to help me attain my goals. I have had numerous 'false starts' with getting back in shape, but I really do want to stick to it this time, and I am ready to make it work. I have recently bought my first house, and have been busy working on projects here, as well as on my cars. I drag race, and love cars, especially my Oldsmobiles. I put in so much time working on everything else, I figure it's about time I put some time into working on me!

Overall, my goal is probably pretty typical: To loose weight, and look & feel better. Due to Scoliosis, I have had my spine fused, and I know my back hurts less when I weigh less and work out to keep the muscles strong.

I've recently started working out with a personal trainer, and it is going really well. It's very challenging at times, but I know it will pay off. I started at 3x a week right after work, but I am going to step it up to 5x a week and make this happen.

I used to show horses (jumpers) and now I drag race cars. I really like animals a lot, and currently have two dogs, two 150 gallon aquariums, a fish pond, and my latest, a small rescue dog (going to live with my parents once she gets the 'all clear' from the vet).
