My Goals:
I don't have much choice but to lose at least 29 pounds and I would like to do it by my next Doctor appointment in June

My Program:
 I have started walking every day again. I cover a mile in 19 minutes now. I measure everything I eat. I have learned to do without salt. I listen to my Doctor.


Personal Information:
I am completely involved in the Mountain Man Rendezvous scene. The smell of Black Powder is in my blood. I have always been an outdoorsman but since retiring I have found my true calling as an 1839
