Let's get Lean & Mean in 2014!
"KEEP MOVING FORWARD!" was my motto for 2009 but in 2010 I got a super surprise: I found out I was pregnant! unfortunately I put back on all 50 pounds that I had lost in 2009. DANGIT! After my little Sunny was born on Dec. 3rd 2010 my weight was only down 8 pounds and my weight was at an all time high of 200. Slowly but surely I have gotten back into training in Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing.

I want to drop into the next lower weight class for my Jiu Jitsu tournaments. To be toned, deceptively strong, and be able to do anything I physically want. I want my Blue Belt in Jiu Jitsu so bad! I want to get ab's, guns, and buns of steel!
I can't downplay the accomplishments of '09:
Total weight lost since Jan 16th, 2009 (SW 189 lbs.): 54 lbs.
I lost a slightly bigger amount after I gave birth to my daughter:
Total weight lost since Dec 3rd, 2010 (SW 190 lbs.) 63 lbs
But that's still 6 lbs. + the weight class I want to be in! Haha. Keep on Truckin' as they say!
I can do this. I am diligent. I am stubborn. I pick myself up when I fall. I am worth it.
I LOVE SPARKPEOPLE. I couldn't have gotten healthy without this website.

Success is not a race, be patient.
Success is always a work in progress.
Success doesn't come to you--you go to it.
Success is a journey, not a destination. Focus on the process.
Some people dream about success... while others wake up and work hard at it.
Success is achieved and maintained by those who try-and keep trying.
Your past does not equal, nor does it dictate, your future.
One definition of insanity is: Doing the same thing again and again and expecting a different result.
We fail because we don't strike the iron while it's hot. We don't take immediate action toward achieving what we want. We decide to wait until tomorrow, or next week, or even next month.
It comes down to a simple question: what do you want out of life, and what are you willing to do to get it?
Be specific in what you want, and use specific words. Empower yourself, and become the person you dream about
Listen closely: the only time it's too late to change yourself is when you're dead. Until then, you're simply making excuses or lying to yourself.
Rather than aiming for being perfect, just aim to be little bit better today than you were yesterday.

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.
IT'S NOT ABOUT HOW GOOD YOU ARE BUT HOW BAD YOU WANT IT!!
Determination today leads to success tomorrow!
