    I don't really do it all ... I lost a good bit of weight mostly in 2008 and in 2009 basically maintained. This past year has been a serious dissertation writing year for me, lots of stress ... so I don't feel bad about maintaining, but I seem to be headed southward on the scale again now. I do think that exercising, having structure in my eating and putting healthy fuel in my body has helped me deal with the stress of these past few months. Planning ahead and setting up healthy goals does help in both arenas.

    I think you look great in all your pics ... you may want to lose weight for health but you are beautiful right now! :-)
