Hi..Welcome to my page! I am 25, Long Island girl.. recently married :) and back on this roller coaster of trying to lose a few pounds and tone up!..I was very successful at losing weight a couple of years ago thanks to spark people and will be successful this time around!..From my heaviest weight I have lost approximately 40lbs over the last couple of years..this time around I just want to lose 10lbs and tone tone tone!

Being a newlywed I've been slowly gaining some weight and need to stop it now before it gets out of control!..It isn't easy since I love to snack and love to try new restaurants for "date night" every week. My mom told me once "happy" people who are in love gain weight when their in a relationship...well I am VERY happy and the pounds are beginning to show IMO.

I am also in Nursing School and the stress of that is on another level..I really try to be prepared for long days (in school all day and work at night) Try not to hit the vending machines and at least order "skinny" lattes instead of regular 500+calorie lattes at Starbucks (my guilty pleasure)...to stay awake studying those loonnngg crazy nights..

I am slowly trying to just change my lifestyle of staying active and eating healthy..Diabetes..Heart Disease & Cancer unfortunately run in my family so I need to take great care of my body since I'm probably at a higher risk than most of obtaining one of those.. I also want to prepare myself for when we are ready to start having children they will have healthy eating concepts as well as strong minds and bodies..I don't want them to grow up with the body images I've had and to ever worry about their weight like I always do...
