I know what happens when I stop trying.
I'm gonna see what happens when I don't.

10 Reasons I Want to Lose Weight...
1. To improve my overall health, mentally, physically, spiritually.
2. To look great in clothes I love and to actually "dress" every day in the style I love, not just throw on jeans and a big top to hide everything in.
3. To gain energy for future grand-kids, gardening, theme parks, beaches, vacations, hiking trips, surfing lessons, etc.
4. To improve my confidence and self-esteem including feeling great to be ME on a crowded beach in a swim suit.
5. To improve a few obesity related ailments I've acquired.
6. To avoid any new obesity related illness and ailments in the future.
7. To be just as fine in front of a camera as I am behind it... no more hiding from being in photos.
8. To make myself proud as well as certain people in my life.
9. To improve my social anxiety that stems from feeling like and/or being the fattest and ugliest woman in the place all the time.
10. To be my own kind of healthy, confident, 'beautiful' me.

One of these days I shall move to the beach... a place that I daydream about daily... where I can enjoy the sunshine, turquoise water, sea salt breezes and release every stress I've ever felt. The beach is a place to release worries, a respite for a weary working girl, a regeneration of feeling alive. I feel like a misplaced islander. I've said this many times for years.
I think I was a mermaid in a past life.

199.5 -it's been too long since I've been under 200 at all.
191 - I go from obese to overweight BMI
158 - I go from overweight to normal BMI
152 - because I think that sounds like a good weight for me.
below 152? - we shall see when I get there.

- 30+ min activity 5/7 days weekly
