Hi, my name is Océane, I'm 19 years old and after years of self hatred and struggles with food I finally decided to do something. I'm at a stage now where I can finally start living and I intend on doing it as well as possible.
I signed up on SparksPeople on March the 6th this year in the hopes of finding a community that would help me stay on track and I'm far from disappointed ! I'm motivated to get to a healthier weight but more importantly to love myself and my body. I want clean and healthy eating and daily exercise to become a normal part of my life and to stop obsessing about it all. My goal is to become stronger than I've ever been !

Starting Weight: 80.7 kg (177.9 lbs)
Actual Weight: 77.4 (170.6 lbs)
Goal Weight: between 65 and 62 kg (no lower than that) (143 - 136 lbs)

My Goals:
1) Improve my resistance and fit exercise into my daily -crazy- life without getting too obsessed about it. Lose weight the healthy way and never let my bad habits creep up on me ever again.

2) Learn to accept failure and learn from it, as well as to deal with my emotions in a better and more productive way.

• Do my best, always.

My Program:
1) Exercise at least every other day (depending on the activity I did the last day). Follow the 30 day shred DVD, run when the sun is out and cycle inside when it isn't, go on hikes with my friends.. Change up my exercises daily.

2) Write in my diary DAILY, and actually talk instead of keeping things bottled up.

Personal Information:
My name is Océane, I'm lucky to live in a small village in the south of france where hiking and swimming are easy activities to implement into my everyday life.

Other Information:
I love arts and crafts, baking, traveling, spending quality time with my loved ones. I love animals and my cat is everything to me. I'm also a bit of a tv-show addict (especially love Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, American Horror Story, My mad fat diary and Medium at the moment).

    If you are discovering why you are not staying on course then I think that is half the battle. Back in the day when I was your age it was all about the diet and just what one ate....you are miles ahead and have this under control! emoticon
