Hello and thank you for stopping by my page. My name is Teresa, I live in Lancaster, CA. I have 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren. I work as a Para Professional with the school district and I love working with children. I started my journey with Sparkpeople back in 2006 and have yo-yoed ever since. I am not ever going to give up trying and striving to do better. I have more downs than ups however I am learning something new everyday.

    Thanks for that info.
    I just looked at a few days of your food. Amazing.
    I would love the meat and all the cheese. I love cheese.
    But I have to watch fat, I gain.
    What about the whip cream, is it in your coffee? What about the butter, and coconut oil, you eat it as is?
    Do you have a book that shows what items you can eat?
    I'm interested in this.
    You are losing weigh and seem to have lots of energy.
    So I might want to give it a try.
