Your right Christy- have to plan and get good food in the house- I am going to go out and get some more veggies and fruit- the good news is I always run out of them- so I must be eating good food- right??? I don't know if I can do a running thing, but I am doing circuit training-ran out of energy after 45 min, but I'm doing it again today- 3 min of running in place after doing the lifting- 2 exercises of 15 reps- and I'm not stopping for anything- see how long I last today. Have to get up early tomorrow- have a lunch party and a dinner with sister-in-law at a restaurant. But I'm going to socialize more than eat- (I lost 1.6 lbs yesterday- hoping to get out of the 190's soon... Sharon 4410 days ago

I'm so happy to see your SP as it is such a great help. I'm the mother of 5 children and until I was 41 and had my last child, I was thin. Since then I have yo-yo'd and now I found this wonderful FREE site and I'm sure I'll get back to my real self. I know you can do that, too.
