    You're in a great place if you're looking for encouragement and help. I've met many people who have kept me motivated and on track. I was gung ho the first few weeks and then fizzled. By continuing to read articles and stay connected with the members, I eventually got back on track. The thing that has helped me the most was joining the Aspire & Inspire BSG January Challenge. Members have been helpful and haven't put any pressure on me. Knowing that my team depends on me doing the right things for the team to win, it's kept me accountable. Find a team that interests you, set some solid reachable goals, and get right back on track as soon as you mess up. You will mess up...If you're like me, it may happen many times. Don't wait for tomorrow or next week to get back on track. Use the rest of the day to burn some extra calories and make wise healthy choices throughout the rest of the day.
