Hello, my name is Rebecca and I'm a yo-yo dieter. Yes, whether you're losing and gaining 100 pounds or just 15 pounds you can be a yo-yo dieter. When you live a healthy lifestyle, then just stop and go back to your old ways, you're a yo-yoer. That's me, and it's got to stop.

I know how to do this, I've done it before. I've just got to stick with it and stop letting other things take priority.

I want to set my mind on being healthy for reasons other than the number on the scale or the size of my jeans. I will eat healthy to make my body feel better. I will exercise to keep my body strong.

Basically, I want to be the healthiest that I can be. I want to be physically ready for whatever life throws at me.

Join me on my journey, and make the most of your own journey. Together we can change our lifestyles for the better.

My Goals:
Lose pounds (again), tone my body and build muscle.

Avoid medical issues associated with poor choices

My Program:
1) Making healthy food choices.

2) Drinking at least 4 glasses of water a day.

3) Exercise at least 10 minutes every day

4) Using the food and exercise trackers.

Personal Information:
I was born in Tennessee but currently live in Pennsylvania.
I'm a vols fan, no matter how poorly we play football.

Other Information:
Married 26 years, 3 school age children ( two are in college), 1dog.

Full time mom, full time night shift NICU nurse.

    Aw thanks for your comment on my blog and Team Body Project. I'm only at Trainee level (the lowest) but golly, those workouts our tough (I write this very sore from yesterday).

    No, I will not be leading a team and actually, I'm on the Resolute Renegade team and for the most part, this team has nothing to do with the rest of the BLC teams other than reporting our weight each week. Honestly, I'm not sure why they're even part of BLC since they don't have any interaction with anyone else.

    But, I'm okay with it as I'm also doing the BL Challenge and there, the team I'm on (Black Panthers) competes with all the other teams.

    The Resolute Renegades are running an interim support group for between BLC36 and BLC38 so I'm never really not doing a challenge. emoticon

    Stomp was interesting and parts of it were very loud. I don't think I'd want to see it again and I wish I had been in the front row as a lot of the movements were at floor level.

    Just stopping by to say hello. I am yo-yoing, but almost back to a healthy BMI. I have 'retired' from my 30 hrs/week HR/payroll job that I have had for 9 1/2 years and am now pro - two afternoons a week dealing with credentialing and files.

    Greg and I went up to TN (Murfreesboro) to experience totality last Monday - it was truly amazing. Are all of your children out of the nest now? It has been so many years since we began this journey. My youngest, (SBC Vandy) is teaching at a girls' school in Memphis for the third year.

    Looking forward to some news from your end ,,,
