    Hi Jenn - Just wanted to check in with you and see how things are going. Did you have a great weekend? How is the Anytime Fitness working out for you? I changed my workout routine, and now am going to the gym at 6:00AM and then again in the evening . . . do you think I should just move in hahaha.

    HI, Jenn, I am a Jenn too. I saw that you got married in Ocho Rios. My husband and I honeymooned there in Nov. 2006. It was beautiful! I almost wanted to get married again to do it on the beach. Good luck with your goals and let me know if you need any motivation or tips. KEEP IT UP!

    I use to go to ACAC - a great, Awesome gym....but, with the economic challenges I (along with everyone else in the US) am facing, I had to cut back, and didn't want to give up the gym totally, so I go to Gold's now. It isn't nearly the quality of ACAC, but I can afford it, and they offer some classes that I can work my schedule around. I looked into Anytime fitness, but they were more expensive than Gold's and it didn't offer as much.

    You should so do, do, do a class - whichever one looks really fun and exciting to you. Here are the KEYS that I learned. . .
    1. Once I get into the door, I am pretty much there and WILL be getting a 60 minute workout - yeah!!!

    2. Everyone in the class is so worried about they way they look, they really aren't looking at you : )

    3. There might be one person in the class that looks Fantastic, everyone else looks just like you do . . . going in the wrong direction, not super coordinated, exhausted, sweating and Smiling!!!

    4. If you start to feel like you are too tired to get through the class, just slow down. Most instructors give you "options" - use them - I do. And if I am super-super tired....I walk over and get a drink of water, wipe my face with the sweat towel, and blow my nose.....that usually gives me the time I need to catch my breath so that I can start again.

    You CAN DO IT - and I bet you will LOVE it. Let me know if you take a class.......
