I have lost the same 30lbs over and over. I ALWAYS gain it back, but not this time! I would like to lose 2lbs a week for the next year by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I am DONE dieting forever. I have dieted myself to 287lbs. By June of next year I hope to be at a very healthy 135-140lbs. I WILL do this, I CAN do this. I would like to start jogging (eeek), and I already skate a LOT and enjoy zumba on the wii, and cardio classes like turbo at the gym. I have had an awesome start to my journey, and I finally have the support of my family and friends as well. I'm ready for the challange. I'm over being told I have a pretty face, I'm ready to just be PRETTY and most of all HEALTHY!

My Goals:
My short term goal is to finish the tough mudder on April long term goal is to wear a size 8 pair of pants, permanantly!

My Program:
I am following a 1200--1800 calorie (cycling) diet- IO do military style bootcamps 3-4 days a week, jogging, weight training, skating, and loads of running @ work.

Personal Information:
I currently live in South Toledo, but I am from a small town about an hour and a half away. I started packing on pounds around puberty, and continued to pack them on through nursing school, pregnancy, and then the death of my father until i reached a STAGGERING 287lbs on my 5'4'' frame at my highest. I'm done being the funny fat girl, the girl who has such a pretty face...I'm ready to be more than my size 22 jeans...more than my double chin, and more than this girl who isn't really me at all.

Other Information:
I'm a nurse and i work nights, so my schedule's a bit crazy. I wouldn't mind finding another night shifter to work out with. I used to play roller derby, so despite my size I can actually tolerate a LOT of hard work and exercise. I need someone who can keep up and even push me!
