Everyone needs a fresh start


When I started SP 10 years ago, I was gungho...then life became more complicated. I lost well in the first two years, dropping 110 #, then in the past year I am back within 40 pounds of my original. I lost my mom in April and I fell apart and continue spiraling. I start on my birthday this part year to be more concentrated on eating healthier. I have a long way to go.

    I too am having a hard time trying get a hold on things. I refuse to stop because I know that something will catch after while. So we can keep each other encouraged. Everyday is the first day for the rest of our life.

I am a grandmother of 4 beautiful granddaughters. Ages from almost 21 to 8. I also have 3 children, two boys and 1 girl. One of our sons live with us. I have just had to move my Mom to an assisted living and she is not happy, therefore I am not happy. More stress!!!! Let me know a little about you.
